Each product will feature a permanent QR code that serves as an open channel for communication, enabling anyone to easily reach out to us for recycling. This initiative facilitates the hassle-free return of the product at no expense to them.
OUR CLOSED-LOOP SYSTEM
As a company firmly rooted in environmental preservation, we have introduced our proprietary closed-loop system. This system empowers us to recycle every piece of our decking material, giving us the capability to recover and regenerate each piece into the base materials in the creation of Neuwood.
